We deliver products ordered through our online store in cooperation with the delivery service, according to the “door to door” principle.
Upon receipt of the order, the ordered items, if they are available in our warehouses, will be delivered to the specified address within a maximum of 7 working days (except for islands that are subject to a special transport regime. Each shipment is certified and signed by the recipient on the delivery list upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act, upon verification of the delivery list by the recipient, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in an undamaged condition and after that, the carrier is released from any subsequent liability. The sender will indicate the reference number of the accompanying documentation in the pick-up list, whereby the later signed delivery list with the reference number will be proof of the delivery.
