The general terms and conditions of the web store are drawn up in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (ZVPot). The online store teobs.com is managed by the company Gentius d.o.o.. The online store teobs.com (hereinafter referred to as “store” or “teobs.com”) is operated by Gentius d.o.o.. In the teobs.com system, the visitor receives a username and password. By registering via e-mail, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. If at any time the user wishes to change his email address to another, he must send a request to [email protected]. The change of email address will be done as soon as possible. All prices are in HRK or EUR and include VAT and are valid until the publication of the new price list. Ordering is done in Croatian or Slovenian. Completed orders, contracts and invoices are archived at the headquarters of Gentius d.o.o., General conditions deal with the operation of teobs.com, user rights and business relations between the provider and the customer.

The company makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and accurate. However, item properties, delivery time or price can change so quickly that the company fails to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the company will inform the customer about the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.
