Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment. Purchase procedure
1. Order accepted after the order has been received by the customer via e-mail that the order has been accepted. Comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the customer on the website of the service provider.
2. Order confirmed The offeror reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects the reason. The offeror may call the customer on his contact number to verify the information or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. In the supply of goods that the bidder does not have in stock in its warehouse, the bidder is solely bound by the supplier’s delivery and the time in which the bidder’s supplier can deliver the goods to the bidder. The customer is immediately notified via e-mail about updated information regarding the delivery of the goods. If the delivery time is very long, and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can inform the bidder, who will remove the item from the order and return to the buyer all funds already paid, and other items from the order at the buyer’s choice, or deliver, or cancel the entire order. If the supplier does not confirm the availability of the ordered items to the bidder no later than three months from the date of the order, the bidder may reject the buyer’s order because the goods are not available. On the day of rejection, the customer’s order expires. The Bidder does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or the delivery of goods that the Bidder does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
3. Shipped goods The Bidder must prepare, send and send the goods to the customer by e-mail within the agreed period. In the mentioned e-mail, the offeror informs the customer about the contract cancellation policy, where to contact in case of delivery delay and where to contact in case of complaint.
In the event that the customer decides to cancel the order, he must notify us immediately via e-mail at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, the customer pays the additional costs incurred in that case. In the case of personal pickup (when the goods are already ready for pickup), the customer also says that he wants to cancel the order via the above-mentioned phone number or e-mail. Additional incurred costs are covered by the buyer who cancels the ordered goods.
